About Daniel:

A Utah native at heart, Daniel loves spending time in the mountains and exploring the state’s many scenic trails. When he’s not working, you’ll often find him trail running, pursuing his goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon, getting lost in a great fantasy novel, or practicing the clarinet with dreams of playing in a professional orchestra one day.

Passionate about treating anxiety, trauma, and shame, Daniel helps clients develop resilience and confidence. His therapeutic approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed, somatic-based interventions. Daniel says the best part about his job is helping kids and teens become better versions of themselves as they learn to love who they are.

Daniel believes therapy is a lot like trail running and progress doesn’t always happen in a straight line, but with the right support and encouragement, meaningful growth is possible. He brings curiosity and compassion to every client, helping them navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and create a life where they can truly thrive.

Parent Feedback

The staff is always friendly and kind. They get me in for emergency appointments quickly and communicate well. They take my concerns about my children seriously and the doctors and nurses always talk to me and explain and discuss things well. My kids had a rough bit of viruses and I always felt comforted by my pediatrician regarding concerns and stresses. They care about me as a mom as well as my children. Your children's health will be in good hands here.
