Tate Harding, DDS

Tate grew up in Pocatello, Idaho, and attended Utah State University before planting roots here in Utah. He loves being surrounded by the mountains and takes full advantage of everything the state has to offer, including skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, and rodeos. Tate’s a big Boston Red Sox fan and can be found cheering on the Aggies whenever he can.

As a pediatric dentist, Tate loves working with kids as it allows him to enjoy his profession while unlocking his playful, child-like side. Whether he’s answering a child’s inquisitive questions or helping a nervous patient feel at ease, he strives to make dental visits relatable. As a parent to two young kids, he approaches every patient with the same care he would give his own children.

His passion for working with kids comes from the positive impact mentors had on him growing up. Tate hopes to bring that same influence to his patients, helping them feel capable, cared for, and confident in their oral health. He also understands firsthand what many kids are going through because he had plenty of crowns and fillings himself as a child.

Tate was born with crooked pinkies, and he’s always happy to show them to curious patients (ask him to show them off!). He says his biggest life goal is simply to be the kind of dad his kids will always want to come home to, call when they need help with anything, and want to hang out with him.
