We've been going to Families First for nearly 10 years. We've seen many providers and loved them all. I love that I can get in quickly when my kids are hurt or sick. No doubt they have the best pediatricians in the valley.
Mike knows just about everything there is to know about kids. Not only did he used to be one (believe it or not) but he was the youngest of six. Being the youngest of a big family is probably the most “kid” you can possibly be. When everyone is bigger than you, kids become your best friends.
Mike attended the University of Utah, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Health. He continued his education at A.T. Still University, in Gilbert, Arizona, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Physician’s Assistant Studies. When it came time to choose a specialty, working with kids was a no-brainer. Mike chose to specialize in fitness, preventative medicine, and pediatrics.
When he’s not working, you can find Mike hanging out with his own four kids, playing sports, fishing, hunting, boating, and enjoying Utah’s natural spaces, no matter what the season.
