Most of what expecting parents read online is either incomplete or conflicting. This class cuts through it. In two hours, you’ll sit with a Families First pediatrician and a registered nurse with IBCLC lactation certification—all taking your actual questions.
What We’ll Cover
The class covers two connected areas: what happens at the hospital, and what to do once you’re home. Both sessions are included in the same class, with snacks and drinks in between, on the same evening—completely free.
Hospital to Home
What to expect before you leave the hospital and your first days home.

- Feeding, diapers, and what's normal (yes, including poop)
- Safe sleep setup and how to handle crying

How many participants are in each group?
Who is this class for?
Expecting parents, most commonly in the second or third trimester. First-time parents tend to get the most out of it, but second-time parents are always welcome—especially those looking for a breastfeeding refresher or who have questions specific to a new pregnancy.
