When you’re expecting a baby, you get lots of advice. Now you can get free advice from experts. Learn how to prepare for your new little one with a doctor, registered nurse, and lactation specialist.
*Space is limited to two seats per family. Partners are welcome to attend, but only in the company of the expecting mother. All families who attend the class will receive a gift bag full of goodies from Johnson & Johnson, Copper Pearl, and Minky Couture and more:

What to Expect from a Baby Basics Class
- Participants will have their concerns and questions answered.
- Parents will get a run-down of common pregnancy complications and what to expect.
- Parents will get to play topic-related games.
- Each expecting mother will receive a gift bag.

How many participants are in each group?
You’ll attend with up to thirty expecting mothers and their partner, so between 30 & 60 participants.
Who is this class for?
This class is designed for expecting parents, especially first-time mothers, but all expectant parents and caregivers are welcome.
Do I have to be a patient to attend?
No, the class is open to all expecting mothers and their partner.
Do I need to bring anything to the class?
You might want to bring a notebook and pen for taking notes, any questions you have, and comfortable clothing if there are practical demonstrations.

Yes! If you are interested in becoming a Families First patient, please reach out before or after your class.
