We love Families First! Each provider we have seen over the years always listens and takes time to care for our children. We are self pay, and we are never surprised with bills and they generous in offering self pay discounts. Highly recommend!

Living in Utah, Alisa finds beauty in experiencing all four seasons. She particularly enjoys the fall weather and would choose to gather fall leaves over building a snowman every time. Alisa also has a sweet tooth and can never resist a treat!
Alisa’s passion for supporting new moms through the vulnerable early stages of motherhood is fueled by her personal experience of being a parent of two young children. She knows firsthand how overwhelming and challenging it can be for new parents to navigate newborn needs, including nursing, sleep, or fussiness.
Alisa’s extensive experience, including her role as a nurse assistant on a Mom and Baby unit, her nursing capstone in Labor and Delivery, and her work in the NICU at Primary Children’s Hospital, equips her with a diverse skill set. Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Nursing at the University of Utah, Alisa is committed to helping you and your baby thrive.
