In this two-hour virtual workshop, parents will learn skills to increase their joy and competence in raising children with ADHD. Parents will learn behavioral, emotional, and organizational techniques to support their child’s unique needs and strengths.

I love that they offer mental health classes. It can take months to get off a waiting list at most clinics, so this option was a perfect way to get my daughter help quickly with a specific challenge.
This class is led by Valerie Peterson, CSW.
Parents will be encouraged to share their thoughts and experiences with the group.
Every participant is expected to keep everything discussed in group classes completely confidential.
Parents will learn to communicate with your child, set boundaries, and manage behavior in a positive way.
Attending every class isn't required, but pricing is based on attending the entire schedule of classes.
Class sizes are capped at 6, 8, 10, or 12 participants.
Yes, weekly attendance is needed to harness all of the benefits of the group, including relationship building, learning new skills, and talking about how practicing the new skills is going.
If your child is ten years old or older, you’re welcome to drop them off and come back in 45 minutes to pick them up. If they are under ten years old, we ask you to stay in the waiting room or in your car in the parking lot. Sometimes, despite age, the therapist will ask a parent to remain in the waiting room.
