You’ll attend with up to thirty expecting mothers and their partner, so between 30 & 60 participants.

This class is designed for expecting parents, especially first-time mothers, but all expectant parents and caregivers are welcome.

No, the class is open to all expecting mothers and their partner.

You might want to bring a notebook and pen for taking notes, any questions you have, and comfortable clothing if there are practical demonstrations.

We are pleased to inform you that this class will be filmed to create a valuable resource for future expectant parents. We want to capture the wonderful energy and participation of everyone involved.

To help you feel your best on camera, we kindly suggest wearing a nice outfit that makes you feel comfortable and confident. There’s no need for formal attire; think of something casual yet presentable that you’d be happy to be seen in
