2026 Costume Contest

Post a photo of YOUR child, age 3 or under, in their Halloween costume in the comments on our contest post on Facebook or Instagram.
Tag a friend who has a little one who should enter!
Entries must be posted on or before November 1, 2026.

Prize: A $100 Amazon Gift Card.
Entries close on Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 11:59 pm.
We’ll select 4 finalists and post them on our page Monday, November 2.
Voting will be open November 2–8. Share the finalist post with family & friends and get those votes in!
The winner will be announced on November 9, 2026.
Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
The winner must reside in the state of Utah.
The winner will be contacted via DM from @familiesfirstpediatricsut on Instagram or Facebook to arrange for in-person pickup.
Winner has five (5) business days to claim their prize after notification. If the winner does not respond within that timeframe, the prize will be awarded to the entrant with the second-highest number of votes.

Contest is open to adult parents or legal guardians of children who are ages 3 and under at the time of entry.
Winner must be a Utah resident.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

By posting in the comments on Facebook or Instagram, you give Families First Pediatric Dentistry permission to share your child’s photo on our social media platforms.
Photos must be appropriate for all audiences and feature only your child.
One entry per child.

After the entry deadline (November 1), our dental team will select the Top 4 finalists.
Finalist photos will be posted on our social media pages for public voting.

Voting will take place on our official Facebook and Instagram pages from November 2, 2026, through 11:59 PM (Mountain Time) on November 8, 2026.
One vote per person per platform.
Votes from both Facebook and Instagram will be combined to determine the total count for each finalist.
The photo with the highest combined total number of votes at the close of voting will be declared the winner.

This contest is hosted by Families First Pediatric Dentistry to celebrate our Three and Under Free Dental Program, which provides no-cost pediatric dental exams, cleanings, X-rays, and fluoride treatments for children age three and under.
By entering, you confirm that you are the parent/legal guardian of the child pictured and give Families First Pediatrics permission to share and repost the submitted photo and child’s first name, if provided, in connection with the contest and its promotion. Winner must meet all eligibility requirements and respond within the timeframe provided to claim the prize. Void where prohibited.
