About Lindsay:

Born and raised in Sandy, Utah, Lindsay has always loved the mountains and diverse landscapes. After spending six years in Dallas, Texas, she returned to Utah to be closer to her family again. If there’s one thing she knows, it’s kids! As a mother of six (three boys and three girls), she’s experienced just about every parenting adventure imaginable. With two of her children having complex medical histories, parenthood has further deepened her empathy and commitment to ensuring parents feel informed and supported every step of the way.

Lindsay is an avid reader, history buff, and board game enthusiast. She has a small animal crew, including two dogs, six doves, and nine chickens she loves caring for.

Growing up in an all-girl family with two sisters who are also nurses, Lindsay’s always been inspired by the strength of the women and mothers around her. She’s passionate about their essential societal role and their incredible ability to nurture, lead, and adapt.

As a pediatric nurse and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, Lindsay finds immense joy in supporting mothers and babies, especially in their breastfeeding journey. Having personally navigated breastfeeding challenges with two of her children, she is sensitive to others and their unique experiences and understands how stressful and overwhelming it can be. Lindsay finds it a privilege to help new moms navigate breastfeeding challenges and meet their feeding goals so they can preserve that special mom and baby relationship.

Parent Feedback

We have been taking our kids to Families First since our son was a newborn 3 years ago, and had them visit us at the hospital for the actual newborn check in the day my daughter was born. Their primary provider is Megan McDowell but all the providers we have seen for sick visits have been great. We love that we are able to text for an appointment and we also use families first dental and they are amazing! I always recommend them to all our family and friends
