Managing Anxiety & Perfectionism

This class will be focused on Anxiety and Perfectionism and will address the following:

  • What is anxiety and worry?
  • Recognizing anxious feelings 
  • Developing and practicing strategies to decrease anxiety

Substance Abuse

This group is for adolescents between the ages of 14 – 17 who struggle with substance use. This class will help participants identify the reasons behind why they use and teach them healthy ways to avoid drug use and create goals for themselves for future sobriety.

This class will provide parents with guidance on how to parent intentionally to build stronger relationships with your child.

Kids Experiencing Divorce

This group is intended to assist children in 4th through 6th grade to develop coping skills and build resiliency to help manage the stresses of divorce.  While learning coping skills and increasing emotional awareness and regulation, children will also have opportunities to increase their ability to solve problems and support one another in a safe and welcoming environment.

  • Ages: 8 to 12, grades 4-6
  • When: Tuesdays 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm
  • Dates: September 21st to October 26th (6 weeks, skipping October 19th due to fall break)
