This class will be focused on Anxiety and Perfectionism and will address the following:

Substance Abuse Group Therapy

This is a group therapy class for adolescents who struggle with substance use.

This class is to help the participant:
  • Determine what stage of change one is in
  • The reasons behind “why” one uses
  • Healthy skills that can help stop drug use
  • Help create goals for future sobriety.
  • Ages: 14 to 17, still in high school, coed

Kids Experiencing Divorce Group Therapy

This group is intended to assist children in 4th through 6th grade to develop coping skills and build resiliency to help manage the stresses of divorce. While learning coping skills and increasing emotional awareness and regulation, children will also have opportunities to increase in the ability to solve problems and support one another in a safe and welcoming environment
