Hannah Doty, CSW
Hannah Doty was raised in Provo. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from Brigham Young University. After graduation, Hannah spent time raising her three small children while living in and learning about various parts of the country. During her time living in Arkansas, she attended the University of Arkansas where she received her Master’s Degree in Social Work. Although she created deep ties in Texas and Arkansas, Utah has always felt like home.
The majority of Hannah’s experience has been gained working with children ages 6-17 in an intensive therapeutic day treatment program. This gave her the opportunity to help children work through trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and other challenges. She utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques in individual, family, and group therapy settings. Hannah also worked in an acute in-patient facility where she gained experience working with individuals of all ages in crisis.
Hannah has a deep love of life and an appreciation of others. She seeks to create a safe environment for all including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Her favorite pastimes are hiking and traveling with her children, eating good food, and learning to build furniture by watching videos online.
