Are you a caring professional with a genuine love for supporting the health and well-being of children? We are actively seeking a dedicated Pediatric Clinic Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Clinic Manager at Families First, you are responsible for the success, staff management, and daily operations of the clinic, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our young patients and their families. You collaborate closely with medical professionals and senior leadership to translate organizational goals into actionable clinic strategies and initiatives that enhance patient care, clinic protocols, and overall outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinic services and operations for high-quality patient care and experience.
  • Collaborate senior leadership to implement regional and company goals.
  • Develop and execute clinic-specific goals in line with the organizational objectives.
  • Implement medical strategies to enhance patient care, clinic protocols, and outcomes.
  • Lead and manage clinic staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Effectively manage the clinic budget for resource optimization and financial sustainability.
  • Ensure full provider coverage to meet patient demand and maintain service capacity.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in healthcare management, call center operations, or patient navigation strongly preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in call center technologies and software.
  • Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and data analysis.
  • Passion for patient-centered care and innovation in healthcare.
